James Beard Award–winning Chef Robert Del Grande, alongside Chef Nicolas Salazar, will guide guests through a curated tasting and discussion featuring selections from our newest avocado-inspired menu. Discover the inspiration behind each dish, explore innovative culinary techniques, and experience avocado far beyond the familiar.
The evening will also feature complimentary w**e selections from Southern Glazer’s W**e & Spirits and complimentary valet parking.

What a day at The Grove! 🥂🍴
We had an incredible time hosting Southern Smoke Foundation for an unforgettable celebration of food, drinks, and community. It was amazing to see so many talented chefs, industry professionals, and guests come together for a great cause — with proceeds supporting the incredible work of Southern Smoke Foundation.
Great food, great drinks, even better people, and one seriously good time. Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s event so special.
We had a blast and already can’t wait to do it all again next year! 🥂

The Grove’s Avocado Festival is a thoughtfully curated menu centered entirely around avocado, showcasing its versatility through seasonal ingredients, creative pairings, and bold flavors. With plenty more to discover throughout the menu, here are a few of our favorites.

Avocado & charred tomatillo salsa, zucchini, pumpkin seeds.

Meet The Catbird 🪽🍹
Created by Tracy Muñoz-Nieves in celebration of Discovery Green’s Fantastic Animals: Alebrijes and Nahuales from Mexico, this vibrant new cocktail features house-brewed tepache, pineapple tequila, burnt-pineapple bitters and freshly grated nutmeg, finished with a burnt-pineapple spear.
Smooth, cunning and ready for liftoff—experience The Catbird at The Grove, featured on our menu from September 15 through October 18.✨

🥃 Our 5th Maker’s Mark Barrel Pick is officially on the way!
The Grove management team had the opportunity to head out to the Maker’s Mark Distillery and hand-select our fifth exclusive barrel for The Grove.
Each barrel pick has its own character, and we’re excited to bring back another one-of-a-kind selection made specifically for our guests.
A huge shoutout to the team at Maker’s Mark for the incredible experience and for helping us create the 5th rendition of The Grove’s private barrel selection.
