Meet Matthew McBarron, our new General Manager!
We’ve spent the last few weeks teaching him everything there is to know about Siphon: the kitchen, the coffee bar, the recipes, the systems, and most importantly, how to survive a busy Sunday brunch.
So far he’s doing great.
If you see Matthew around, say hello and welcome him to the team. We’re excited to have him helping lead the next chapter of Siphon.

Hey everybody, this is Nick.
It happened again!
The “three seasons “are playing at the Siphon Coffeehouse on Saturday! 5-7
This time there will actually be three of us.
Turns out my sister‘s cousin’s nephew knew a guy who’s brother-in-law had a friend who knew someone who had a friend who could play a beatbox.
So we got that going for us.
Update on our regular Drummer. They removed the bullet and he is resting comfortably.
Our Bass player’s not going to make it because his girlfriend got indicted.
We won’t have a piano player either because just last night a drunk driver broke into his house.
So it’s just gonna be me and the popular mysterious and handsome Zack and my sister‘s cousin‘s nephew who knew a guy whose brother-in-law had a friend who knew someone who could play a beatbox. We’ll call him, Dave.

If you're using public transport, take the bus to the intersection of West Alabama Street and Mandell Street. From there, walk north along Mandell Street until you reach a small shopping plaza on your right.
If you're driving, head to West Alabama Street and look for Mandell St. Turn into Mandell St and continue for a few hundred meters until you see a small shopping plaza on your left. There is free parking available in the lot next to the shops.
Once you arrive at the shopping plaza, look for a cafe near the south side of the building that has large windows and an industrial interior design.
