New coffee release — Altieri Geisha Natural RFF5 Ale.
We’re excited to have another Natural Geisha from Altieri back on the shelf. RFF5 stands for River Flow Fermentation for 5 days. After harvest, whole coffee cherries are sealed in bags and placed in the flowing river passing through the farm to ferment before drying. The cool, constant water temperature slows and controls the fermentation process, helping preserve clarity while developing delicate fruit character and complexity.
The result is a beautiful cup with elegant florals, vibrant fruit notes, and exceptional sweetness. Don’t miss this one if you enjoy delicate and fruit-forward Geishas.

We’re excited to be bringing in another lot of Chakira from Kotowa Farms. Tasting the lot we selected as espresso in Victoria’s upcoming coffee space made us even more excited to share it. The new coffee experience she’s creating at Kotowa is sure to be 🔥. We can’t wait to come back when it opens.
