Dear friends and loyal patrons,
It is with heavy hearts that we share Pastore’s last day of service was Saturday, March 23.
We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to each and every one of our diners for their unwavering support and patronage over the past months. While our journey along the Italian coast may be ending, the memories we’ve shared together will be forever cherished with our Underbelly Hospitality family.
We also recognize the extraordinary talent that came from our kitchen. Our chefs, servers, and team poured their hearts into every dish placed on our tables. Their dedication and creativity shaped the essence of our kitchen, and for that, we are forever grateful.
Closing a restaurant is never easy. Despite this closure, we are confident in our company and want to focus our efforts on what we do best – delivering an elevated dining experience with high-quality food and exceptional service. We sincerely appreciate the support of the community and look forward to seeing you at our other concepts. 🤍

If you haven’t tried the March Pizza with a Purpose from Chef Leila Ortiz of Hotel Lucine... you’re seriously missing out. ‼️
This pizza packs a punch with pistachio pesto, mozzarella, pecorino, sliced lardo, and a heavy sprinkling of fried rosemary. 🍕Pro tip from the chef herself... try this pizza topped with boquerones.😉
Chef Leila cooked up this pie to support Big Sister Little Sister, a mentoring program for women in light of Women’s History Month. 🩵 Don’t miss this insanely delicious creation before it’s gone. 🗓️
