Valle’s 4th Anniversary Dinner with Guest Michelin Star Chef Luis Roger
Join us as we celebrate four years of Valle with an unforgettable evening of culinary artistry and coastal elegance. On Saturday, October 25, 2025, Chef Roberto Alcocer welcomes Michelin starred Chef Luis Roger of BCN (Houston) into Valle’s MICHELIN-starred kitchen for a one-night-only collaboration.
Together, these two visionary chefs will craft a multi-course tasting menu that honors Baja California’s vibrant ingredients while showcasing Chef Roger’s contemporary Spanish influence and refined Houston perspective. Guests will enjoy seasonally inspired dishes, paired with premium wines from Osborne, and Valle’s signature hospitality in a celebratory setting overlooking the Pacific.

To get to Roseland Street in Houston by public transport, take the METRORail Red Line to the Ensemble/HCC Station. Then walk south on Caroline St towards Elgin St and turn right onto Roseland St. The restaurant will be on your left.
If you are driving, head towards Downtown Houston and take the I-45 S exit toward Galveston. Take the Pease St exit from I-45 S and merge onto Chartres St. Turn left onto Capitol St, then right onto San Jacinto St. Continue straight onto Caroline St and turn right onto Roseland St. There is parking available on the street or in nearby pay lots.
