I got a call from Christine who told me that she wanted me to cook for ten ladies ! I prepared a dinner of empanadas, a Spanish cheese board, garden salad and a paella Valenciana. It was a huge success.

Lulu asked me to come over and prepare a feast for a private, family only, birthday party. I prepared the following:
Paella marinera, Cheese and dried fruits board, Asparagus Tortilla Espanola, Beef Empanadas, Shrimp in garlic-butter-saffron sauce, Dates stuffed with goat cheese and wrapped with thick bacon, Croquetas de Jamon Serrano, Creme Brulee and a garden salad. It was a wonderful birthday celebration!

Kurt asked me to prepare an intimate dinner for his friends. We prepared beef croquettes, toasted baguettes with fresh tomato sauce, asparagus tortilla Espanola, dates stuffed with goat cheese and wrapped in bacon, Chick pea and sweet potato stew, a paella campesina and a vegetarian paella. For dessert they enjoyed creme brulee and pastel de nata ! There were smiles everywhere....

Sherry asked me to prepare a surprise birthday party for her friend. We prepared a Cheese board, Shrimp in Garlic-butter-saffron sauce, Dates stuffed with goat cheese and wrapped in bacon, and two Seafood Paellas. The guests greatly enjoyed the food and had it was a great party!

Last night we prepared a wonderful dinner for the partners at Crady, Jewett, McCulley & Houren LLP. Appetizers included shrimp in garlic-butter-saffron sauce, chicken empanadas, dates stuffed with goat cheese and wrapped in bacon, and toast with fresh ripe tomato sauce. For the main course we served a Paella Negra with shrimp, squid, octopus, etc cooked in squid ink and also a vegetarian paella. The guests were very happy!

Birthday party for Karen Francis. We prepared a Seafood Paella, a Paella Campesina, Beef empanadas, Chicken Croquetas, Mushrooms in garlic-wine sauce, and shrimp in garlic-butter-saffron sauce. It was a huge success!
