To get to Highway 146 in Kemah via public transport, you can take the Metro Bus Route 249 from Downtown Houston to Bay Area Boulevard Transit Center, and then transfer to the Route 713 bus heading towards League City Park & Ride. Get off at the intersection of Highway 146 and NASA Parkway and walk towards your destination.
If driving, take Highway 146 towards Kemah and look for parking spots along the way or near your destination.
