This dish was invented in England and is flavored mostly with Garam Masala, which is blend of cinnamon, black pepper, coriander, cumin, and cardamon all in a creamy tomato sauce with garlic and ginger. MONDAY 6/1: Juicy ground beef patties smothered in a rich, creamy whiskey sauce over buttermilk mashed potatoes with pan fried corn.
TUESDAY 6/2: Tikka Masala is the national dish of the UK. Roasted, marinated chicken thigh pieces in a creamy, spiced tomato-based sauce with spices like garam masala, turmeric and coriander. Served over basmati rice with scratch made garlic Naan bread.
WEDNESDAY 6/3: Thinly pounded pork cutlet breaded & pan fried with lemon cream sauce, German potato salad and cabbage sauteed with bacon.
THURSDAY: Seared chicken cooked in a creamy sauce made with garlic, cream, Parmesan cheese and homemade oven dried tomatoes served over Penne pasta with fresh baked bread sticks.

MONDAY 5/11: Slow smoked baby back ribs with dry rub, herbed potato salad and watermelon-Feta salad with fresh basil. I can only smoke 10 racks of ribs so get your order in early.
TUESDAY 5/12: Grilled pork tenderloin rubbed with chili powder, cumin, garlic and brown sugar with jalapeno-cilantro chimichurri sauce on the side, Parmesan roasted red potatoes and green beans.
WEDNESDAY 5/13: Greek salad with romaine, celery, tomatoes, cucumbers, Kalamata olives, pepperoncini, Feta cheese and Greek dressing topped with marinated grilled chicken served with fire roasted tomato basil soup.
THURSDAY 5/14: Chicken empanadas fried golden brown served with cilantro-lime dipping sauce, fiesta rice and Mexican fruit salad with Tajin. If you have never tried Mexican fruit salad you are in for a treat!
FRIDAY 5/15: Almond & panko crusted chicken breasts

To get to the location on Hamblen Road in Houston, there are several options for transportation. If using public transport, take the bus or train to the nearest station and then transfer to a local bus that stops near Hamblen Road. The nearest bus stop is on the corner of Hamblen and Richmond Avenue.
If driving, take I-10 East until you reach the exit for Dairy Ashford Road. Turn left onto Dairy Ashford Road and then right onto Westheimer Road. Continue on Westheimer until you reach Hamblen Road on your right. You can park in the parking lot on the corner of Hamblen and Westheimer.
Another option is to take Highway 59 South until you reach the exit for Hillcroft Avenue. Turn right onto Hillcroft Avenue and continue until you reach Westheimer Road. Turn left onto Westheimer Road and continue until you reach Hamblen Road on your left. Parking is available in the lot on the corner of Hamblen and Westheimer.
