Hope everyone is staying cool out there! You may have noticed coffees are slowly being retired on the website, however, rest assured we have some amazing ones on the way. First up is a naturally processed coffee from our farm-direct relationship with High Peak in El Salvador! For anyone craving a fruit-forward, sweet, and balanced coffee thatâs flexible in all brewing methodsâlook no further!
Available now on both the website & at this weekendâs Farmerâs Markets. Weâll be on Saturday and Rice Village Farmers Market on Sunday, always 9a-1p. Hope to see you around, happy brewing! :)

Sorry we missed ya at the markets this past weekend, but weâre back to regularly scheduled programming this weekend with the Tomball and Rice Village farmers markets, so stop by and say hey!
Weâll be roasting up the good stuff all week, so be ready for fresh beans shipped out and set up at our markets.

Did somebody say âdiversificationâ?!
Coffeeâs great and all, but it gets a little boring. We decided to expand our horizons and offer a lunch product: Beans by Districtâ˘ď¸.
We start out with the highest quality dried beans and ingredients, and put them right into a simple microwaveable bag. You just need to microwave for 45minutes, and youâve got a delicious hot lunch immediately.
This is our Pork and Beans by Districtâ˘ď¸, but stay tuned for future offerings such as Red Beans and Rice by Districtâ˘ď¸, Refried by Districtâ˘ď¸, and Black Eyed Peas by Districtâ˘ď¸ (perfect for New Years).

This monthâs Roasterâs Choice coffee is the newest addition to our lineup: Honey Process El Salvador!
This is a naturally sweet and rich coffee, with notes of red w**e and chocolate ganache.
