Cold weather calls for Kraut!
Introducing our latest and greatest addition to our seasonal specials menu: The Smoked Turkey Reuben!
Smoked and brined turkey breast, house-made sauerkraut (using Our Chef’s old family recipe), smothered in melted Swiss cheese and homemade Russian dressing on a sweet sourdough bun. Can’t hardly pass that up!
This slow fermented sauerkraut is also an excellent compliment to our mainstay barbecue offerings, so feel free to ask for a side on its own. Trust us, it’s scary good.

Many of y’all have already been introduced to one of our newer menu items, but for those of you who haven’t visited our dining room recently, here it is:
Ladies and gentlemen, the famed and illustrious Black Pepper Chocolate Chip Cookies.
Inspired by Our Chef’s travels across Southeast Asia, this recipe echoes the heavy use of black pepper in our sauces and rubs. You’ll notice the smokiness of pepper perfectly complements semi-sweet chocolate morsels.
Baked to order and served in a trio with two scoops of Homemade Vanilla, you’ll be glad you decided to finish your meal with such an inspired and decadent dessert.
