NEW DISH ALERT!!! Chef de Cuisine has made another fantastic addition to the menu. Roasted and glazed Butternut squash with pomegranate and quinoa-cashew crunch. Not only is this one of the most flavorful and interesting dishes on the menu right now, also just happens to be vegan.
