Torchy's Tacos is a well-loved Mexican restaurant, fast food restaurant, and vegetarian & vegan restaurant that began in 2006 as a mobile trailer in Austin, Texas. Founder Mike Rypka invested everything he had to chase his dream of serving great food. The menu is experimental and the ingredients are top-notch, making every bite a damn good one.

- By Public Transport: Take the Metro bus to the Kingwood Park & Ride Terminal. From there, head west on Kingwood Drive.
- By Car: If coming from downtown Houston, take I-69/US-59 N and exit at Kingwood Drive. Turn right onto Kingwood Drive.
Directions to Mexican Restaurant:
- By Public Transport: Get off at the Kingwood Park & Ride Terminal and walk east on Kingwood Drive for approximately 0.3 miles.
- By Car: Head east on Kingwood Drive for approximately 1 mile. The Mexican restaurant will be on your left-hand side.
Directions to Fast Food Restaurant:
- By Public Transport: Get off at the Northpark Transit Center and transfer to Bus #68 towards Eastex Fwy & Aldine Mail Rte Rd. Exit at W Lake Houston Pkwy @Fm 1960 Rd E, then walk west on FM 1960 Road East for about 0.2 miles.
- By Car: Head west on Kingwood Drive for approximately 4 miles, then turn left onto West Lake Houston Parkway. Continue straight for about 1 mile, then turn right onto FM 1960 Road East.

- By Public Transport: Get off at the Northpark Transit Center and transfer to Bus #68 towards George Bush Intercontinental Airport Terminal C. Exit at W Lake Houston Pkwy @Kingwood Dr and walk east on Kingwood Drive for about 0.2 miles.
- By Car: Head east on Kingwood Drive for approximately 3 miles. The Vegetarian & Vegan restaurant will be located on your right-hand side after passing over W Lake Houston Parkway.
