Samurai Noodle - Katy was a traditional Japanese ramen shop located on Katy Freeway. Chef Ryo Izawa specialized in fresh noodles and Kyshu Tonkotsu broth. They temporarily closed in October 2020 and later announced that they would permanently close and relocate their team members to their Houston location as of July 2021. Visit them at 1801 Durham Drive, Houston for dine-in and takeout options.
