Texas Tonk is a play on words. 🤠

A Texas honky-tonk can be a divey, lively bar, but here, it’s also short for tonkotsu, the rich, porky broth we’ve specialized in since day one. Our Texas Tonk ramen is a love letter to Central Texas—built with smoky peppery brisket, creamy tonkotsu pork broth infused with smoky shoyu, and toppings like pickled Takana and smoked jalapenos that nod to barbecue tradition.

This is your sign to try the bowl that bridges BBQ joints and ramen shops in one slurp.

Brisket in ramen? Hell yeah.
We took everything we love about Central Texas BBQ and put it in a bowl.
Texas Tonk hits hard. Come get it while it’s hot.
