Today marks our 3rd year that we opened our restaurant. I’m a low key kind of guy when it comes to accolades, I think humility is the key to being successful in today’s food industry. Just put your head down, go to work and manage expectations and people. Sometimes both are challenging. I know that we wouldn’t be as successful without everyone that works for us. I am grateful for every returning customer who are now our friends, and for the new customers who tell us that they finally decided to give us a try after driving by for two years! We are the taste of what I remember growing up eating. Most of our regulars from Philly and Jersey say the same thing. We can’t be everyone’s favorite spot and thats okay. We thank everyone who tries our steaks and our wings and comes back to eat them again. We thank KPRC and Chris Sheppard for bringing our store into peoples homes that had no idea we existed. We are humbled to be inside the Texans Stadium and provide our food to so many Houston Texans Fans during the football season. I couldn’t imagine doing any of this without the love and support of my wife, Kim. Here’s to another year gone by and a new year beginning. C’mon Houston, come taste some of the best cheese steaks and wings around.

Every once in a while there is a day that comes along and you can’t celebrate on that particular day. Well, today is that day for us! It’s National Cheesesteak Day and unfortunately we are closed! Don’t worry, we have a plan for celebrating this day. Join us on Wednesday and enjoy your favorite cheesesteak with us! We will have our 10-inch combos for $17.99 and our 6-inch combos for $13.99 all day.

So sorry!!! We are out of Cooper Sharp cheese until roughly the 14th of March. This cheese is a direct ship from Philly….have patience for the good stuff!

In my haste to post about preordering wings, I forgot to mention that we are doing our game day wing special! That is 10 wings for $14.95 which includes 2 sauces and ranch or blue cheese dressing. C’mon and get some!

We will be closing at 6:00 pm tonight (Sat) and closed on Sunday. We will evaluate the weather on Monday. We will keep everyone posted early Monday on an opening time. We will be at the Auto and Boat show at NRG Center the 28-1st of Feb. We will also be inside NRG Stadium on Sat, Jan 31st for the motorcross event at stands 112 and 532. C’mon and get your fix! Be safe everyone.

Good Monday morning! Our point of sale system (toast) is having a major outage this morning. All 3rd party and online ordering have been paused until this issue is reaolved by Toast. This will have an effect many of your favorite restaurants, not just ours. Should you have a hankering for a cheese steak today, please call the store to place your to-go orders! We appreciate you!

Happy Hump Day!! We are up and running! We made a few adjustments while we wait for the new motor to come in for the exhaust extractor that is located on the roof! It’s Wing Wednesday, c’mon in and get some of the amazing wings we have here. Some may think we just have cheese steaks, but you’d be surprised at the amount of things we have on the menu! If you are a connoisseur of wings, then I’d add Philly Flats to you list to try.

The storm that rolled into Katy took out our extractor on the roof! We unfortunately have to close for health and safety reasons. Come see us on Wednesday for Wing Wednesday! 10 wings for $14.95 which includes two flavors and dipping sauce. Have a safe Labor Day weekend.
