⚾️🍐🥧 What a fun surprise to see this in today's Pearland Stories coverage of the Pearland Cobblers' inaugural home game:
"Alongside the usual ballpark staples, the concession stands sold a signature pear cobbler with an optional scoop of ice cream."
That Pear Cobbler was ours!! The Frozen Lemonade was a hit also!!
When the opportunity came up to partner with the Cobblers for Opening Weekend, we wanted to create something unique that tied into the team's identity and gave fans a memorable ballpark treat. The result was our signature Pear Cobbler—a sweet nod to the Pearland Cobblers and our hometown community.
As a small local business, there's something incredibly rewarding about watching people carry your food into the stands, share it with their families, and become part of a new community tradition.
A huge thank you to the Pearland Cobblers, their staff, volunteers, and fans for welcoming us. Congratulations on a successful inaugural home game, and thank you to Pearland Stories for highlighting the excitement surrounding this new chapter for baseball in Pearland.

Happy 3rd Birthday to d’lish properties LLC.
We have conducted a minor plat to subdivide the commercial lot and residence. ✅
We have asked the mortgage company to release the commercial acre and carry the mortgage on the residence. ✅
Currently in the process of transferring the title from us to the LLC so, we can pay the property taxes from the corporation and not through our personal mortgage.
Waiting eagerly for the construction loan approval and use the approval letter to request subordination to release the commercial lot from the SBA Harvey loan (2 lien position) and carry the lein on the residence where the funds were used on repairs not covered by our flood policy due to pre-existing damages. Whew!
Y’all wish us the best as we continue to navigate this journey on the future development of d’lish catering kitchen, retail store, counter service, full bar with happy hour and more!!

21 years in business today!! Whew!!
21 years of birthday parties, corporate lunches, baby showers, fundraisers, prepared meals and everything in between. From backyard barbecues to elegant plated dinners, we’ve fed thousands of guests, shared in unforgettable memories, and built a business rooted in love, flavor, and community.
