“Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6
One of the greatest gifts we can give our children is confidence in the kitchen. Teaching kids to cook at a young age isn’t just about making meals, it’s about building life skills, responsibility, creativity, and independence.
From cracking eggs to rolling dough, every lesson becomes a memory. Someday they’ll feed themselves, their friends, and maybe even their own families using skills that started around your kitchen table.
The recipes may change, but the lessons last a lifetime. ❤️🍴

Congratulations to one of my favorite people, she is the joy in every room, the laughter in every thing silly and a really good egg. She has supported me through my chef journey on the island and I’m so proud of her accomplishments. Today she received her Master’s Degree From the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Public and Population Health. Bravo Heidi!!!
