Rolled Ice Cream is made by pouring a liquid ice cream base onto an extremely cold metal plate. After adding ingredients like fruit and candy, the mixture is chopped, spread thin, and then scraped into rolls. This process results in a smooth, dense, and packed form of ice cream, in contrast to the airier texture of churned, traditional ice cream.

Freeze Dried Candy adds a crispy new texture to your candy favorites by freeze-drying the candies, taking out all the moisture, leaving you with a unique crunch and flavor.
