🎉Today marks 25 years of Piatto🎉
Twenty-five years ago, we opened the doors with a vision of creating a neighborhood restaurant where great food, great wine, and great people could come together.
What makes this anniversary so special isn’t just the years—it’s the people who made them possible!
Some of the faces in these photos have been here since day one. The gentlemen standing beside me in these pictures are part of the original Piatto family, serving our guests and helping build what Piatto has become over the last 25 years. Their loyalty, dedication, and friendship mean more than words can express.
To every employee, past and present. To every guest who has celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, first dates, graduations, business lunches, and family dinners with us. To everyone who has supported us over the years—thank you.

For 25 years, we’ve had the privilege of serving generations of families, celebrating milestones, and creating memories around the table.
To celebrate this special anniversary, we’re taking a trip down memory lane with a limited-time Vintage Menu featuring some of Piatto’s most beloved dishes from the past 25 years. 🍝🍷
We’re also kicking off the celebration with our Rombauer Wine Dinner on June 4th at 6:30 PM — an evening of exceptional wines, delicious pairings, and great company.
