Designed by Charles Winston, brother of Harry Winston, these cast bronze crystal chandeliers were commissioned by the architects of The Plaza Hotel in 1902 and graced its interiors from 1907 to 2005 ✨
With sculpted bronze detailing and pure crystal craftsmanship now rarely seen, they reflect the elegance of a bygone era, reminiscent of Versailles 👑, and stand as true architectural antiquities that witnessed over a century of New York history within the iconic Plaza ballroom 💫

“I left El Salvador at 17 in search of a better future, facing many challenges along the way. After a difficult journey through Guatemala and Mexico, I arrived in the United States, where the kindness of strangers helped shape my path.
In 1981, I began working at The Houstonian Hotel. Over the years, I’ve seen it grow and change, but it has always felt like a special place. Through my work here, I was able to support my family, and for that, I am forever grateful.
I thank God for guiding me on this journey. May God bless this place.”
