Life at the shop moves fast, but today we are pausing to take a breath and remember our father. It’s been two years since he passed away, and while the date on the calendar just slipped by, his influence is felt in every single thing we do.
My sister and I feel so honored to walk in his footsteps every morning. His hard work and passion are what keep us going. We realize that keeping his dream alive is the best way to make sure he is never forgotten.
To our wonderful customers: thank you for being part of his story and ours. We’re raising a bagel to him today! 🥯
