Torchy's Tacos is a Mexican fast food restaurant chain that began as a mobile trailer in Austin, Texas in 2006. Founder Mike Rypka left his executive chef position to pursue his passion for good food and started serving experimental tacos to draw customers to his stand. With over 70 locations across the United States, Torchy's dedication to making high-quality, cooked-to-order tacos remains the same.
