Anybody else having issues with Instagram/facebook posts not sharing the caption you entered. My last 3 picture posts went live without the caption attached. Only the picture and the caption is nowhere to be found? I submitted a fix but curious if it happend to anyone else.

We really did that!!
There are only 6 of us and 2 are the owners and 1 is a new hire, Niah that only does our Sunday market!?(until we got this order lol)
Niah had her first 8 hour shift on a Saturday and first shift inside the bakery, cutting rice krispies and cutting out edible images! She met the rest of team for first time lol. Melissa and william had never seen her because she works Sunday and I had to call to let them know who she was lol
I spent 3 nights at home after working all day cutting out edible images circles because the precut sheets wouldn't get delivered in time.
Wiliam and I made the 50 trays of rice krispy treats while sweating our butts off and constantly burning ourselves with melted marshmallows. We ran out of marshmallows on the last 10 trays and had to get a walmart express 🙃 to save the day!
Mr. Scrumptious whipped up 42 trays of brownies on his only off day that week! He hit a point where he couldn't even look at chocolate chips the same. And it took until a week after that he was able to make brownies again.
Eve and Melissa spent 2 days cutting out the 600 circle cookies and baking em up. Whipping up icing and keeping the day to day going so Sarah and I could knock out our event cateirng and preorders! William and I got through about 300 of the floods on Saturday and Sarah spent all day Sunday finishing flooding cookies! And applying all the toppers by hand.
Our trays from FedEx got delayed and didn't come until 2 days after this order went out! So I had to do a mad dash on Saturday to go buy trays when I got the notification!
But despite it all, we rolled up on campus Monday morning with everything done and packaged. And the Space Center employees loved it! And I can imagine that an astronaut ate a Scrumptious Brownie and that's really the icing on the cake!

Huge thank you to NASA's Johnson Space Center for allowing us to be apart of Artemis history. Scrumptious provided the treats for their post Artemis launch party on campus!
We provided 1700 treats for the amazing people that pulled off the Artemis mission! Yes think mission control chomping on a Scrumptious Brownie!
My staff has already decided that they are adding "integral part to the Artemis mission" aka astronaut to their resume so there is always that!
We worked our booties off on this order with a very quick turnaround time and a monday drop off! The weather was janky and we couldn't even add tablecloths to the tables because everything was whipping in the wind. Trashcan were rolling down the trail.
We moved the cones and broke into the restricted area for delivery, then backed into such a tiny space that I had to climb out the back because I could not open my front doors lol. We also brought the stupidest tiny cart to try and move all these trays over to a space that was rather far from drop off zone. Luckily they know us over there (yea I said it 🤪) and let us borrow a cart from the cafeteria so we only had to make one run.
We are always honored to step into our integral role on the Nasa team and feed the sweets to the smart humans that take us to space! Thank you Nasa Team and can't wait for the next one!

Sometimes you just have to show yourself what you can do! Sarah Sue Heslop and I knocked out our first FULL catering last Thursday!! Like we made all the food, all the desserts and did the setup and Breakdown!
And I must say, we Fuc&ing killed it!
It was for my new fave organization ESA! Silly Julie Walker Leith realized she should not try to be the president of all of Texas, hosting the biggest event where she passses the gavel AND make the food herself. She trusted me when I told her "we got you! And I feel we delivered on that!
Julie said it was a travel theme sooooo We leaned into their biggest service project, St Judes Hospital! They have raised over 400 million for them in their 50 years of existence, like Dang!!! We chose 5 locations across the world that St Judes operates and helps and then tailored an appetizer, entree and dessert around each.
When we sent this menu to Julie, I think we shook her a bit because she was expecting generic catering, cocktail menu and not something so personalized! But she agreed with flying colors and we had so much fun doing it. I know that's a thing us business owners say all the time. But this was actually fun. I couldn't imagine anyone but Sarah to do it with. The way we work together and complement each other really showed out today!

To get to the bakery and dessert restaurant on East Nasa Parkway in Nassau Bay, you can take the public bus that stops at the intersection of East Nasa Parkway and Space Center Blvd. From there, it's just a short walk east on East Nasa Parkway.
Alternatively, if you're driving, you can take I-45 to exit 24 for NASA Road 1. Head east on NASA Road 1 until you reach Space Center Blvd. Take a left onto Space Center Blvd and then a right onto East Nasa Parkway. The bakery and dessert restaurant will be on your right-hand side. There is parking available in the shopping center lot where it is located.
