Love us some Chef!

Chef Trinidad "Machete" Gonzalez runs Gordo Ninos out of the back corner of a Clear Lake-area convenience store, which is a strange address for a taco destination. The Galveston native leaned into it: purple signage, velvet ropes to the counter, a wall of celebrity guest photos. People come skeptical and leave regulars. 🧑🍳🌮
