Responsabilidades
Preparar y abastecer estaciones con todos los suministros necesarios
Preparar alimentos para el servicio (por ejemplo, cortar verduras, despostar carne o preparar salsas)
Cocinar los platillos del menú en cooperación con el resto del personal de cocina
Responder, reportar y seguir todas las instrucciones operativas

Abastecer el inventario de manera adecuada
