TEMPORARY Update
Earlier today, we experienced a small kitchen fire. Thankfully, everyone is safe and we are grateful for that above all else.
At the moment, our fryers are down while we work to get everything cleaned up and back in working order, so we cannot serve any fried foods. We are hoping to have them ready for dinner service, but it may take until tomorrow.

IMPORTANT MENU UPDATE
We have some news that might be a little hard to swallow. After much soul-searching and a very long meeting, we’ve decided that peeling shrimp is just too much work.
As of today, Sam’s is officially retiring our Famous Fried Shrimp.
From now on, we will be pivoting exclusively to Fried Ice Cubes. They’re crunchy, calorie-free, and much easier to catch. We know this is a huge change, but we think the "Gravel & Grits" combo is going to be the next big Cypress food trend.
APRIL FOOLS!
Don’t worry, we haven't lost our minds completely. We would never take away the shrimp that put us on the map.
