Funghi Truffle Bianco Flatbread with portobello mushrooms, garlic confit, arugula, fontina, Parmigiano Reggiano, and truffle oil. Mafaldine with Veal Ragu Bianco, finished with white w**e and rosemary. Here for October. Worth making plans for.
