Have you ever tried potato pizza?

Our chef first discovered this unique pizza during his externship in Italy, and now you can come in and try it for yourself! La Patata is made with thinly sliced potatoes, Parmesan cheese, creamy Mornay sauce, fresh rosemary, and a drizzle of olive oil, it’s a delicious twist on traditional pizza.

There’s no better way to wrap up the week than with a fresh pizza. We make our crust in-house and have been putting in a lot of time and effort to get it just right. We’re always working to improve, and we’d love to hear what you think!

Here’s a quick update on the burgers and pizza. Nothing’s changed on the burger, but we have been experimenting with different buns ever since we opened at the station and after trying three different burger buns, we are going back to the one we used at the food truck because it’s just an overall better bun. So if you have noticed the difference, that’s what’s been going on. As far as pizza goes after three weeks of experimenting with many different doughs, we have a clear winner and that will be the one we use going forward. It’s a New York style crust with a poolish. We’d also would like to have a Sicilian style focaccia bread pizza as an option and I will be working on that in the upcoming weeks. Thank you.

We had such a fun and exciting experience having a movie filmed right here at our diner! It was so interesting getting to see a little of the movie-making magic happen behind the scenes. We even had some of our local community members come out to be extras, and a few of our own crew members got to make an appearance, too!

Such a fun and memorable experience for everyone involved! We can’t wait to see it all come together on the big screen! 🍿🎬
