Happy 9th Anniversary to our friends over at Vallensons' Brewing Company!! Valle and his team have built something really special over in Pearland. They consistently put out some of the best beer in the Houston area. We had both of their special releases for this weekend, and they are phenomenal. Go by and raise a pint with them if you get the chance!

Today is the day!! Pixel & Pals is here!

Pixel & Pals is a collaborative project from Phase Three Brewing Company that, this year, showcases collaborations with Brujos Brewing Messorem, and Parish Brewing Company! Unfortunately, we were unable to get a keg of Phase Three's Pixel for the event, but we do have their Unchecked Imagination IIPA on in its place.

The Beers:

Pixel Demoliri: DIPA with Messorem (Motueka/Nelson Sauvin)

Pixel Populus: DIPA with Brujos (Citra/Mosaic/Nelson Sauvin)

Pixel In The Machine: DDH DIPA with Parish (Citra/Citra Abstrax)

Join us this Saturday, May 16th, as we join a ton of amazing craft beer bars for this year's Pixel & Pals releases! releases. Last month we got together with our friends from Moon Tower Inn, Hop Scholar Ale House, and Hughie's Houston at Real Ale Brewing Company to brew a beer for you. We took a simple IPA malt backbone and chopped & screwed it with all New Zealand hops - Nelson Savuin and Galaxy. The result is a vibrant tropical IPA with notes of papaya, peach and guava with a little hint of cannabis and a splash of purple grape. Sip slow and let it ride.

Hopped & Brewed is on tap now here at the pub.

Cheers to everyone involved in this delightful passion project. Collaborations like this are what craft beer is all about, and we're honored to have been a part of it. Extra special THANK YOU to Brad, Chris, and Kennedy at Real Ale for making this happen! 🍻

Today is Nick Williams last day here at Nobi. He was the first employee that I hired to be a part of our team. For the last 13 years, Nick has been integral to our growth as a business, and in building our team here. He is one of my favorite people, and I will miss him quite a bit.

Come by tonight and raise a beer in salute, tip him fat, and let him know how much you appreciate him. In his honor I tapped some special beers to celebrate all that is Nick.
