Food Safety & Sanitation
We follow strict food‑handling procedures that comply with local health department standards.
• Our sinks, prep areas, and equipment are sanitized regularly throughout the day.
• Food is never prepared or washed in areas used for raw meat without proper cleaning and sanitization.
• All employees are required to follow handwashing and hygiene protocols, and violations are addressed immediately.
We undergo routine inspections, and we take food safety extremely seriously.
Employee Conduct

Due to a water pipe explosion, plumbing repairs are currently underway. During this period, there will be an emergency water supply shutoff, rendering water facilities such as the soda machine, dishwasher, and restroom will be unavailable.
