Zack Has Been an Operator for 25 Years! 🎉
This week, we had the honor of celebrating our Owner-Operator, Zack Derelioglu, on his 25th anniversary as a Chick-fil-A Operator.
Zack became an Operator in 2001 and opened his first Chick-fil-A restaurant in Plano, Texas and then moved to California in 2003 where he opened his first restaurant there in Irvine. He played an important role in helping Chick-fil-A establish a presence on the West Coast for 10 years before eventually relocating to Kingwood, Texas, with his family to open Chick-fil-A Kingwood. He later became the Operator of a second location on Northpark Drive, and in 2017, opened Chick-fil-A Valley Ranch, where he continues to serve today.
Zack is an invaluable part of both of our restaurant teams. Whether he’s helping navigate day-to-day operational challenges, encouraging team members, or investing in the growth of future leaders, he consistently leads with excellence. His passion for stewardship, servant leadership, and creating a positive environment for both guests and team members is contagious.
We are incredibly grateful for Zack’s leadership, support, and sense of humor over the years. His impact reaches far beyond our restaurants and is reflected in the countless lives he has influenced throughout his career.
