Dear Jalie B’s customers,
It is with great sadness to announce: We are Closed.
Due to me, (Jalie) continuing on with school and focusing on my studies we have decided to no longer operate Jalie B’s On The Go.
We wanted to thank each and every customer who has supported us throughout our seven years of operation. Growing our business in this community has been one of the most gratifying and worthwhile things I have ever done in my life. I have all of you to thank for the many lessons you have taught me along the way.
When the food truck started out, I was a shy 16 year old who had no life experience and no confidence. Now, standing tall at 23 I have gained wisdom, courage, and a drive to do my very best throughout the next chapters of my life. This confidence was achieved through the many days interacting with each of you, and the many nights scrubbing grease off the floors. (Hard work does pay off, I suppose.)
My mom and I have put our heart and soul into this business and we are truly appreciative for all of the times you and your families have joined us for a meal.
Words can never truly express how grateful we are to all of you. Thank you for your understanding, and your continued support through the years. We will miss seeing all of your faces!

We're getting closer to Hogg-Tober Fest, and we can't wait to see you all there! This year Admission will be $5 and FREE for kids ages 5 and Under. We will also have games, food trucks, vendors, performances from local artists, and so much more!! Be on the lookout for more posts to come!
