We think our 2020 Brides (and Grooms) are pretty special. We have a little fewer than normal, thanks to Covid, but these couples deserve the spotlight!
They dodged so many curve balls, dealt with so many changes in plans, and encountered so many hurdles that we all jumped together. If the way these guys handled wedding planning in 2020 is any reflection on their marriage, these 4 couples will be blessed with lifelong happiness!!
Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to earn your business and work with you. Each and every one of you made our jobs simple. We are honored to have been a part of your big day.

The Rusty Smoker would like to thank all of our faithful customers for another great year. Despite the issues that Covid brought to industry, we were able to pull off several weddings. We are grateful for ALL of our brides, but ESPECIALLY our 2020 brides. This year was NOT a year for weddings and our 2020 brides had extra stressors that most do not. We think they’re extra special 🧡
We didn’t advertise our Thanksgiving specials because we have some special news of our own. We are expecting a little one in 2021! For this glorious reason, our catering will be CLOSED until further notice.
We ARE still booking 2021 weddings, so please inquire about your date and we will discuss availability.

Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Hernandez (Caitlin Jones)! Your wedding was beautiful and we wish you a lifetime of happiness! Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your big day. We catered brisket, chicken, dirty rice, twice cooked potatoes, and baked beans for 250 people in Groves, Texas!
Shoutout to the third leg of our trio, Eric Patton. He is our wedding helper, but just had his Marine graduation Friday, October 11th... which means this was probably our last wedding to serve together for a while because we are losing our help to the US military... Oh well, Semper Fi!

Thank you Angela Zoch and Forrest for trusting The Rusty Smoker to cater your wedding. Congratulations to the two of you, we were honored to be a part of your big day. Angela, you were a beautiful bride.
We provided some from scratch sides: baked beans, twice cooked potatoes, and dirty rice. We also provided smoked chicken breast and brisket. This event was 240 people.
Thank you to our brother for always comin’ in clutch! We couldn’t get all this work done without you!
