If coming from Houston, take I-10 E towards Beaumont and exit at FM 3180. Make a right onto FM 3180 and drive for approximately three miles until you reach Eagle Dr. Turn left on Eagle Dr., then make another left onto Briarwood Bend Ave to reach the shopping center where the doughnut and coffee shop is located.
As for parking, the shopping center usually has ample parking spaces available for customers.
