Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with our operational needs.
This individual will be responsible for assisting in directing a team and executing the necessary tasks
required to ensure all guest expectations are met or exceeded. Additional duties may be assigned.
 Build sales and exceed customer expectations
 Develop great customer relationships and satisfactory resolve complaints.
 Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
 Train new and current employees on great customer service and safety practices
 Accountable for operational and quality standards for employees and guest.
 Monitor weekly budget
 Participate in interviewing and hiring applicants.
 Participate in employee performance reviews and disciplinary process
 Schedule and Coordinate meetings to ensure all team members understand all policies, procedures,
marketing programs, etc.
 Email and phone correspondence.
 Administrative duties
Qualifications:
 Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities
 Multi-task and time management.
 Strong attention to details
 Able to motivate staff in all operational areas.
 Must have at least 2 Years of Full-Service Restaurant Experience – Please do not apply if you do
not meet this requirement.
 Great listening skills and able to take directions from individuals in higher level positions.
 Outgoing and great communication skills for working with a diverse staff, customers and vendors.
 Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
 Alcohol certification/License and Food Handlers Certificate
