Our cocktail lineup is built around the flavors we love most this season — bold citrus, fresh herbs, smoke, spice, and refreshing layers in every sip. Crafted in-house using sake and/or soju, each cocktail was designed to complement warm nights, good conversation, and the energy of the dining room.
