Matthew and I just want to say thank you.

These past few weeks have meant a lot to both of us. So many of you have stopped by Lynn’s Table, checked in on us, sent messages, offered prayers, or helped in ways we never expected.

Some of you have been coming to see us for years, and others we've only recently had the pleasure of meeting. We want you to know how much your kindness and support mean to us.

For 11 years, we've had the privilege of getting to know so many wonderful people here in Old Town Spring. What started as a restaurant has brought people into our lives who have become dear friends.

We know there are a lot of places you could choose to spend your time and money, and we don't take it for granted when you choose Lynn's Table.

Thank you for standing beside us, encouraging us, and helping us keep doing what we love.

For lunch, Chef Matthew is serving Hatch Green Chile Bisque, along with HeartBrand Akaushi Beef & Organic Refried Bean Burritos smothered in Hatch Green Chile Sauce.

And tonight, we're serving one of our favorite Wednesday traditions — Chicken Fried Steak Night!

Tender beef tenderloin medallions, hand-breaded and shallow-fried in beef tallow, served with traditional cream gravy, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, and caramelized braised Brussels sprouts.

Thursday nights are something special at Lynn's Table.

Chef Matthew's three-course Prime Rib Dinner is one of our favorite traditions, with your choice of an 8 oz. or 12 oz. cut, a side salad, loaded salt-crusted baked potato, au jus, horseradish cream, and dessert.

And if you're in the mood for pasta, we're serving All-You-Can-Eat Spaghetti Bolognese, made with HeartBrand Akaushi beef from Matthew's mother's family recipe.

Two longtime favorites, a relaxed evening, and a table waiting for you.
