A great boss is hard to find - especially when you’re dealing with 20+ Crazy Girls.

One thing that makes our crew so special is that most of us have been here for 5-10+ years.
A big part of that comes from having a boss who cares about his people, shows his appreciation, and makes sure we have just as much fun together outside of work as we do at work.
From river trips to beach days to lake adventures, he’s always finding ways to bring everyone together, make memories, and remind us that we’re appreciated.
