Vinyl Dining was one for the record books. 🎶🔥
Huge shoutout to and everyone who came out and made the night so special.
From the music and the vibes to the 4-course dinner, curated wines, craft cocktails, and conversations shared around the table, it was truly an evening we’ll be thinking about for a long time.
Watching the culinary creativity of Chef Greg Gatlin, the thoughtful pairings from , and the storytelling of spinning ’s Cee-Lo Green and His Perfect Imperfections all come together was everything we hoped it would be and more.

Today we will have our Southern Smoke dish; Smoked Pork Griot on our menu today! This dish is marinated pork shoulder which has been smoked, braised, and deep fried paired with cilantro lime rice and tostones.
A portion of the sales will go towards the Southern Smoke Foundation mission to help support restaurant and hospitality workers in crisis.

Y’all, it’s been a week, but we are so happy to announce that Gatlin’s Fins & Feathers’ power is finally back up and running again!🔥 We will be open and operating for lunch & dinner tonight, and can’t wait to see all of y’all’s smiling faces.😁 We want to thank you all for your patience and support during this stressful time. We are incredibly blessed to have the community that we do. See y’all soon!
