Thanks to everyone who participated in our Burgundy Guided Wine Tasting on Tuesday! We learned about this legendary French winemaking region while we tasted a white and three reds and enjoyed some light bites from Chef.
After that, most of the gang stayed for a dinner special designed to pair with Burgundy -- hand-cut New York Strips with Roasted Potatoes, King Trumpet Mushrooms and Pinot Noir Shallot Butter. What a night!

Folded pasta layered with ricotta, burrata, summer squash, and parmesan béchamel, baked until crisp at the edges and finished with roasted baby squash, ramp oil, pickled ramps, and lemon pangrattato.
