Chef made a Strawberry, black, peppercorn, artichoke and Chardonnay reduction sauce to go with the Seabass and it is amazing. Seabass finished with jumbo lump crab meat and lemon butter.

We offer making classes throughout the year for kids and adults. Offered on Sundays from 3-5pm. Minimum of 10 guests per class. It’s a private event experience as the restaurant is closed and you get the whole building without any other guests. Class is for about 1 hour the followed by a pasta dinner.
