With immense gratitude, Steve Marques and Kimberley Kaase share that we will be serving our final scoops at Sweet Bribery by Craft Creamery on May 31, 2025. Since the inception of CC in November of 2021 and our partnership with Sweet B in 2023, we’ve poured our passion and love into creating artisanal ice cream with the finest ingredients and innovative flavors that opened minds and pushed boundaries.
As co-founders, we have cherished so many moments of this journey, from developing our outlandish flavors like Smokey BBQ Brisket, Cacio e Pepe and Chicken N Waffles to pairing wine with our ice creams on Ice Cream Omakase nights. Together, we’ve built a community centered around our shared love of exceptional ice cream and creative food.
We both agree that the connections we’ve made with our customers and community have been the sweetest part of this journey and that the relationships have made every early morning and late night worthwhile.
We invite you to visit us at 250 W 19th Street in the Heights before closing on Saturday, May 31 (10pm or till we sell out) to enjoy your favorite flavors one last time. Come share memories and celebrate what we’ve created together. Kim and Steve will be in the shop from 4pm-7pm on May 31 to share a final scoop. (Rumor has it that Brisket and Cacio e Pepe will be in the case this week!)
Thank you, Houston, for your enthusiasm, curiosity, and support. It has meant everything to us.
With gratitude, ice cream, and an amerena cherry on top,
Kim & Steve

What people say
Craft Creamery, located on Westheimer in Houston, is a must-visit restaurant for anyone who loves unique and delicious ice cream flavors. The chef-created ice creams range from classic vanilla and chocolate to more adventurous options like Pho and Brisket. One of their most popular flavors is the Mint Chip, which customers rave about because it's made with actual mint instead of an extract. Another award-winning flavor that has returned to the case is the Brisket ice cream, which may sound unusual but is surprisingly delicious with its smoky, sweet, and salty taste. Craft Creamery also introduces new seasonal flavors like Arnold Palmer, Strawberry Basil, and Blueberry Thyme that are perfect for summer. Customers can enjoy these flavors by grabbing a scoop or pint or even trying a flight of different flavors. With such unique and tasty offerings, it's no wonder why Craft Creamery has become a favorite spot for ice cream lovers in Houston.
