Last week, chef came together with for a full-circle moment many years in the making. Three Michelin-starred chefs whose paths crossed over time and through kitchens, all the way from the Dolomites where they first met, to Paris for chefs Alessandra and Olivier and Houston for chef Felipe Riccio. Truly and unforgettable evening!
