We’re excited to welcome Drew Lindsey to Goode Co. Barbeque as our new Multi-Unit Pitmaster.
His story started cooking BBQ with his dad in the backyard and has taken him through some of Texas’ most respected pits. Now, Drew is bringing everything he’s learned to Goode Co.—leading our pit crews, developing new dishes, and helping us carry the tradition forward.
Around here, barbeque is about more than smoke and brisket. It’s about the people you share it with.
