🌮 Enchiladas weren't born in restaurants—they were born in Mexican family kitchens.
For generations, families across Mexico have filled fresh tortillas with chicken, covered them in rich salsa, and finished them with crema, queso fresco, and onions. Every region has its own twist, but they all have one thing in common: they taste like home.
At Chiludos, we bring that tradition to your table, serving a recipe inspired by authentic Mexican flavors so every bite feels like a trip to Mexico.
