This is exactly the reason why we do what we do here and why I come out and try to greet everybody!
For the good and the bad. Because if something is off and I’m not aware of it, then I don’t know I need to fix it.
The restaurant industry is probably THE HARDEST and the number 1 business banks say no to. Because there are soo many moving parts. From the servers and staff that greet you and take your order, to the kitchen that’s prepping and cooking your order, to the staff bagging and taking payments. Someone somewhere can and will mess up. This is just human nature no one is perfect, but we try our best! And when there is a mess up we always try to do right by them, especially if it is our fault!! But ya know some ya be ordering the wrong thing and be like that ain’t what I ordered.
Insider tip!! If you’re cool about it and respectful I will always try to do right by you. But if you’re acting all 😤😡 when you messed up, I not sure what you’re expecting.
Trust me some of our very best die hard loyal supporters are from guests that mistakes were made from someone. But understand this, we all human mistakes happen from both sides and again we all human. Talk to each other like a decent human being. You will be amazed at how much more can be accomplished this way then acting a fool.

like I said with the cold front and strong winds what farms are open just didn’t want to fish.
Remember MOST of the farms and ALL the big farms that I know of haven’t even started running yet. They usually start beginning of January.
The crawfish are there but no workers to fish it. There will be a delay of worker coming through from the gov shut down, but once it get rolling it should be a good season hopefully!!!
