********update to the update***********
To Our Dreaux's Family,
Today, we received an unfavorable ruling in court.
While we are disappointed by the outcome, we respect the legal process. This is a difficult moment for our business, our employees, and our family, but it does not erase the hard work, passion, and support that have brought us this far.
We want to sincerely thank every customer who has dined with us, shared our posts, recommended us to friends, and stood by us through every challenge. Your support has meant more than words can express. As we pivot and transition to find a new location, we hate to bring this news to you.
We are currently evaluating our legal and business options and will share updates as soon as we have a clear path forward.
Please keep our team in your prayers during this time. We remain grateful for this community and hopeful that this is not the end of our story.
Thank you for believing in Dreaux's.

*********update court tomorrow 1230*********
To Our Dreaux's Family,
We believe in being transparent. The attached photos show the cashier's check we obtained to pay our rent and the lockout notice placed on our door.
When we signed our lease, we were promised major repairs would be completed within the first 30 days. They never were. Instead, we invested over $9,000 of our own money into plumbing and HVAC repairs to keep serving our community.
We were also told the landlord would work with us, but when we brought a cashier's check to resolve the balance, we were turned away and presented with a different amount than expected.
As a result, Dreaux's is closed today while we work through this situation.
Thank you for your patience, prayers, and continued support. We are committed to finding a path forward and will keep everyone updated.
