To get to Austin Street in Hempstead, you can take the Long Island Rail Road to Hempstead Station and then transfer to the N4 bus towards Freeport. Get off at the Austin Street stop and walk towards the east side of the street.
If you are driving, take Southern State Parkway to exit 20N toward Hempstead. Turn left onto Peninsula Blvd, right onto Main St and then left onto Austin St. There is street parking available in the area.
Once you reach Austin Street, walk towards the east side of the street until you find the ice cream shop and ice cream parlor on your right (if facing eastward).
