We had to sample the new recipe dough that we made the other day in a different mixer and it turned out amazing. Any Stromboli lovers out there? We're kinda experimenting over here. This was dinner last night.
P.S. we're still working on getting a Caprese Salad on the menu. Unfortunately, too much on the"to do" list.

Thanks to Jon at Performance Food Group for letting us use their test kitchen this morning to try out some new flour and a different style mixer. We make so much more dough now that we need to upgrade to a bigger mixer again.

Yesterday Paul was driving down the road and spotted two Pizza Zone boxes sitting in someone's recyle bin.
Normally, seeing your product in the trash might be a bad sign... but this one made us smile.
The best part was this house isn't even in our delivery area!
That means somebody drove all the way to Pizza Zone, took the pizza home, and then enjoyed every last slice.
It's totally awesome to see our pizzas traveling farther than our drivers.

One of our favorite things to do is keep an eye out for unique and interesting items to add to the walls at Pizza Zone.
But what we love even more is when YOU bring us something to display! Over the years, our walls have become filled with memories, creativity, and pieces of our community. Every item tells a story and helps make Pizza Zone feel a little more like home. Thanks to the gentleman who dropped these off this morning!
