The Kolache Shop is a bakery and breakfast & brunch restaurant chain that specializes in authentic Czech recipes such as their award-winning pigs in a blanket, kolaches, tea-rings, dinner rolls, and colo. The first store opened in Clute Texas in 1985 and a second one was opened in Brazoria, Texas in 2013. They have won multiple grand champion state titles for both pigs-n-the blankets and kolaches. With the help of their daughters Tiffany and Courtney, they continue to operate as a family business.
